What is 127 Yard Sale?
127 Yard Sale is a massive yard sale that spans six states and happens over four days. The yard sale follows the scenic Lookout Mountain Parkway down the East Coast, and draws hundreds of thousands of people from all over the country each year.
Where is 127 Yard Sale?

The 127 Yard Sale takes place over 690 miles, beginning 5 miles north of Addison, Michigan and ending in Gadsden, Alabama. It then cuts through Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.
As far as Georgia and Alabama are concerned, the 127 Yard Sale will stop in Adkins Shady Pines, The Collinsville Crossroads, and 2.5 Miles from Noccalula Falls, and Noccalula Falls Park. Adkins Shady Pines is a major vendor stop, with 90+ vendors, located at AL-176 & Co Rd 115, Fort Payne, AL 35967.
There will also be a major vendor stop in Chattanooga, just north of Atlanta, at 2121 Chestnut St, Chattanooga, TN 37408, with 85+ vendors!

When is the 127 Yard Sale?

This massive yard sale takes place the first Thursday-Sunday in August each year. That means that next year, the event will happen from August 6th – 9th, 2026. \
