The Giza necropolis comes to life 🏜️
As soon as you put on that VR headset, you’ll be transported to a tranquil oasis. Birds chirp as the necropolis wakes up for the day. With the Nile River as a backdrop, glorious palm trees sway side to side as the breeze gently tickles their sturdy leaves. It’s early morning in Ancient Egypt — the start to an adventurous day.
Guided by a virtual guide and other avatars (participants just like you), you’ll walk through the sand dunes to uncover the civilization’s most exciting secrets. Prepare for some ducking since you’ll be exploring the pyramids and the legendary Sphinx before attending the funeral of King Khufu, one of Egypt’s powerful pharaohs.
If you’re looking to discover a new destination this summer without the price of a plane ticket, Horizon of Khufu is currently open at Eclipso Atlanta.
