Fall is the perfect time to add a new little buddy to your home! And good timing, too–because LifeLine Animal Project is hosting its second Super Adopt-a-Thon of the year this month in the ATL area! Keep scrolling to learn all about the adoption event, how you can meet your new best friend, and more.
Super Adopt-a-Thon
This September, meet your new furry friend & help save a life! LifeLine Animal Project’s Super Adopt-a-Thon will bring over 125 dogs from Fulton County Animal Services, DeKalb County Animal Services, and LifeLine’s Community Animal Center together in one location so you can meet your perfect match!
Whether you are looking for a playful adventure buddy, a couch companion, or a gentle furry friend, there will be dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities waiting to meet their new families.
And the best part? (Well, second best part, after the dogs!) Adoption fees are completely waived for the event, so you can get your new buddy for FREE!
But that’s not all! This event has some fun for the humans, too!
In addition to free adoptions, the event will feature:
- local food, merchandise
- photo ops
- pet vendors
And more!
Timyka “Tiki” Artist, Senior Public Relations Manager for LifeLine Animal Project, said in a statement,
We believe pets belong in homes, not shelters. We’re asking the community to come out and help us give these amazing animals the second chances they deserve.
Okay, I’ve gotta check this out! Details please!
When: Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Union Hill Park | 1590 Little Pine Trail, Alpharetta, GA 30005
Dog adoptions will be FREE and include a pet that has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
