If you love playing Animal Crossing, and you want to explore some of the world in real life, you’re in luck! The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Aquarium Tour has begun, and it’s all set up at the Georgia Aquarium!
Here’s what Nintendo says about this amazing event:
The aquarium experience inspired by the Animal Crossing™: New Horizons game for the Nintendo Switch™ system is expanding to a national level. After debuting at the Seattle Aquarium, the experience is hitting the road in June and making multiple stops across the U.S. this year and next. Each aquarium on the tour will host photo ops, character standees, and more. Plus, guests may even have the opportunity to meet-and-greet Isabelle, Tom Nook, or K.K. Slider on select days and stops.
And right now, you can enjoy Animal Crossing at the Georgia Aquarium! Along with the aquarium’s already impressive animal displays, you’ll be able to enjoy signs throughout the aquarium that detail Animal Crossing characters (and their real-life counterparts!), and of course tons of ADORABLE Animal Crossing merch in the Aquarium gift shop!
Do I have to pay extra to enjoy this exhibit throughout the Georgia Aquarium?
Nope! It’s all included in your regular ticket price.
How long will Animal Crossing be at the Georgia Aquarium?
From now until September 26th, 2024, so don’t delay!
Will there be a My Nintendo kiosk at each aquarium during the experience?
According to Nintendo’s website: “Yes, local exhibits will have My Nintendo kiosks where guests can check in to receive 100 My Nintendo Platinum Points* redeemable on my.nintendo.com for exclusive digital and physical rewards.”
