Nothing beats a fresh pint of crisp cider in the fall. Now that apples are in season, get into the autumnal spirit at one of these cideries, orchards, or taprooms in the ATL. From hard cider to apple juice for the family, here’s five local hotspots with best apple cider in and around Atlanta.
1. Urban Tree Cidery
Where: Berkeley Park
The family owned and operated cidery is a beloved hotspot with a cozy, farm-inspired, industrial space in Berkeley Park. Their innovative flavors are made in-house, available by the by the glass, bottle, or in tasting flights. We suggest getting the flight to sample some of the tasty creativity going on at Urban Tree.

The Treehorn Cider Tasting Room in Marietta allows you to sample their delicious creations, and even take some home with you. They host super fun and chill events to compliment their crisp and delicious cider varieties, including Pub Trivia With Geeks Who Drink every Thursday, and games Tabletop Games Night the first Friday of each month.
5. North 2 South Cider Works
Where: Lake City
There’s an awesome selection of ciders available at North 2 South! With helpful and friendly staff, you’re guaranteed to find the perfect drink for you. They have a great outdoor patio, so you can enjoy your pint of cider in that Georgia sunshine.

If you’re looking for something without alcohol, and a day away from the city, then you should definitely check out a few of Atlanta’s awesome apple orchards this fall. After some apple picking, pick up some apple cider or one of their specialty drinks. They often heat up their beloved cider for a delicious cup of mulled heaven.
