Betway scored each North American city on the following metrics to determine which was the best for chicken wing-lovers
- Average monthly search volume for ‘chicken wings’
- Percentage of positive social media posts about chicken wings
- Number of chicken wing restaurants
- Number of top-rated chicken wing restaurants
Each city was then given a normalised score out of 100 based on how well it performed in the metrics above.

- Atlanta has the fifth-highest online sentiment towards wings, 25% of online posts are labelled as ‘positive’
