Just like all the best things in life, Atlanta’s best burger popped up where we least expected it: inside the marketplace of a Chevron gas station. If you’ve been in Atlanta for any amount of time, you’ve probably heard people raving about the delicious NFA Burger–and this delicious, simple smash burger definitely lives up to the hype!
And now, for all the NFA lovers (or the future NFA lovers, if you’ve yet to try a delicious patty), we’ve got some great news! Their newest location is open and ready for business!
Where is the new NFA Burger located?
The new brick-and-mortar location for NFA Burger will be in Avalon, one of the cute neighborhoods in Alpharetta. Founder and owner, Billy Kramer has also discussed the possibility of opening up more locations over the ATL area.
He’s mentioned the possibility of opening a location in:
- Sandy Springs
- Smyrna
- Tucker
- Roswell
- Marietta
- Athens
What’s on the menu at the new NFA Burger?
Their menu will have all the classics: the delicious original smashburger, fixed to your liking, hot dogs, sassy tots, waffle fries, and waffles by Belgium.
And as always, they say, “We’ll add ketchup to any sandwich for $1 million…we’ll put it on the side for free.”

Is the Chevron NFA Burger still open?
Yes! The original NFA Burger located inside the Chevron gas station in Dunwoody is still fully open and ready to serve up their original favs! However, according to a report from Rough Draft Atlanta,
… Kramer continues construction on a stand-alone kitchen beside the Chevron station. After completion, NFA Burger will relocate operations to this new space, and the menu will expand to offer milkshakes and five types of sodas.
