If you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit, the best way is by taking a lap around one of the coolest (pun intended) ice skating rinks in the ATL!
Avalon is hosting their annual Rockefeller-inspired ice skating rink this winter, and you absolutely can’t miss it! Even though we live in Atlanta, where it never gets super snowy or icy, we’d still like to enjoy the festive frozen activities!

Where: The Plaza | 400 Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, GA 30009
When: November 24th – January 20th
- Monday – Friday: 3PM to 10PM
- Saturdays: 10AM to 10PM
- Sundays: 12PM to 7PM
General admission is $18, with children’s tickets (ages 9 and under) costing only $14. All tickets include skates! You don’t have to get your tickets ahead of time, but that’s the only way to guarantee you’ll be able to skate!
