Chef Riccardo Ullio conceived of the idea for an extremely authentic Italian restaurant in Atlanta while he was… in Italy of course! The dough rises slowly over several days, the sauce is made from hand-milled San Marzano tomatoes, the meats are the finest from speck to salsiccia, and the fior di latte mozzarella cheese is locally produced. All of this care makes Fritti Atlanta’s first – and finest – pizza artigianale.
