Taking the title of 2026’s best suburb to live in in Georgia is Cumming, Georgia, a Metro Atlanta city just under an hour from the City of Atlanta.
Cumming does rank as one of the most expensive suburbs on the list, with home prices around $592,882, but it’s well worth the price for all the other things the city offers.
