Brunch season is upon us Atlanta! And there are a ton of neighborhoods offering us a spot to stop and enjoy a good boozy brunch and a delicious meal. The Buckhead neighborhood has so many new spots to choose from. Lenox and Phipps are destination locations for tourists and residents alike for shopping and great food. This summer Secret Atlanta has curated a list of a few restaurants to visit while in the Buckhead area.
1. Alon’s Bakery
This neighborhood favorite bakery is the perfect place to grab a croissant, sandwich, or salad. Alons Bakery has been an Atlanta staple since 1992 and the ultimate go-to pit stop to get quality pastries and sandwiches. Guests can look forward to enjoying a made-from-scratch selection of baked bread, European-style cakes, handmade pastries, gourmet sandwiches, freshly prepared foods, fine cheeses, exquisite chocolates, and more. $18 -$35.
2. Davio’s
Another well-known restaurant in the Buckhead area, Davio’s North Italian Restaurant is known for its amazing service and delicious food. Amazing steaks and legendary veal chops are what guests can look forward to enjoying once they step foot in this iconic establishment. You are guaranteed to get fresh ingredients as everything is made by hand.
3. Citizen’s Market
Ok, Atlanta this one is going to be absolutely amazing! Citizens Market will be a new foodie’s hot spot. This playground for foodies will have 8 food stalls with a variety of cuisines. Guests will get to enjoy everything from sushi, burgers, and roast chicken bowls to fried chicken sandwiches, tacos, and vegan fare from some big-name chefs and food influencers. Citizens Market will open next week April 27.
4. North Italia
Secret Atlanta has had the privilege of tasting North Italia’s amazing lunch and dinner menu, so you know that the brunch menu is bound to be just as fabulous. Their new brunch menu includes a delicious breakfast carbonara pasta (poached egg, crispy pancetta, English pea, lumache, herb breadcrumb, pecorino), Cannoli French Toast (ricotta, mascarpone, chocolate pearls, crushed pistachio, maple syrup), Short Rib Hash (fried eggs, sweet onion, piquillo pepper, bomba sauce, grilled bread) and so much more!
5. The Cheesecake Factory
This classic American restaurant is a classic and a fav spot for good eats. Everyone knows how extensive the TCF menu can be. One of the best items on their breakfast menu is the Monte Cristo Sandwich! Mouthwatering and filling (Crunchy French Toast Stuffed with Bacon, Grilled Ham, Scrambled Eggs, and Melted Swiss Cheese Dusted with Powdered Sugar and Served with Strawberry Preserves). This is the perfect family-friendly brunch spot for the weekends.
