Designed to be shared family-style, this four-course experience begins with a chef’s selection of Spanish artisan meats and cheeses with accompaniments, followed by a choice of three tapas, a choice of paella, and a choice of dessert. Guests may also add an optional sommelier-curated wine pairing.
