A decadent chocolate factory is bringing you something sweet to eat at PCM. French Broad Chocolate has finally arrived in Atlanta with something for every chocolate lover to enjoy. Originally started in the mountains of Costa Rica by dream team Jael Skeffington and Dan Rattigan, FBC, got the most authentic source of chocolate from the cacao plant.
They eventually brought all they learned with them to Asheville, NC. They poured their passion for chocolate into their business. By getting to know local farmers and vendors, they were able to open their first retail shop, French Broad Chocolate Lounge, in the heart of downtown Asheville in 2008.
Atlantans will be able to enjoy FBC’s signature handcrafted chocolate, including fan-favorite bonbons with Asheville-grown flavors like Salted Honey Caramel, Fresh Raspberry and Lavender & Honey, and delicious chocolate bars with flavors including Sea Salt, Brown Butter Milk and Chai Masala, plus an entire collection of single-origin dark chocolates.
Guests will have security in knowing that each dessert is made with local, fresh and organic ingredients. Their desserts have been featured in Good Morning America and in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Everyday with Rachael Ray, Food and Wine, Washington Post, Southern Living and more. So! What are you waiting for?! Whether you’re just having a sweet tooth craving or if you need a nice hot cup of chocolate for these brisk nights FBC is the ultimate destination.
