Georgia’s adorable Hallmark holiday town (famous for multiple holiday-themed movies), Dahlonega, is hosting a special Christmas in July ‘Christmas in a Small Town’ convention, and you don’t wanna miss out. What is Christmas in a Small Town?
Last Christmas (I gave you my heart!) Dahlonega hosted the first-ever Christmas in a Small Town convention for Christmas/Hallmark movie lovers, and this year, it’s coming back with even more fun!
Sam McDuffie, Executive Director of the Dahlonega-Lumpkin County Visitors Bureau, said in a statement,
Dahlonega is proud to be the host city for A Small Town Christmas. Our community’s holiday spirit is year-round, and this event is a perfect way to celebrate what makes Dahlonega so special—our welcoming hospitality, love of tradition, and small town charm. We look forward to sharing that magic with guests from near and far this summer.
What can attendees expect at Christmas in a Small Town in Dahlonega?
Along with a little sneak preview of all the holiday cheer Dahlonega will bring as the weather cools off, attendees can expect:
- celebrity panels and behind-the-scenes storytelling
- a family-friendly breakfast with Santa
- special parties
- holiday themed activities
AND! Inspired by beloved holiday films, A Small Town Christmas will feature appearances, photo ops, and autograph signings with stars from fan-favorite seasonal movies, including:
