More leases have been signed, and everyday we’re a little closer to the grand opening of Crabapple Market in Milton!
The Market District at Crabapple development has been in the works for quite some time, with the project almost complete. Recently new tenants have signed long-term leases to join the market, which is on the east side of Birmingham Highway and south of Crabapple Crossing.
For the first time, the residents of Milton and all who visit will have access to a food hall, office space, restaurants, and condo units all in one place.
Six Bridges Brewing are a recent addition to the list of businesses opening at the development. The John’s Creek family run brewery’s new location will be an excellent choice for after work beers. This is due to the extensive beers available at their taproom, and the rooftop beer garden to enjoy them in. The Nest Cafe will also be joining the new Milton family, which is the perfect place if you fancy a smoothie or a coffee – however you like it!
Savi Provisions and Twisted Cycle are reportedly opening their locations in the summer, with both businesses signing long-term leases to open their stores at Crabapple. Savi Provisions will offer locally-sourced gourmet and organic foods, and you can join the expert instructors at Twisted Cycle, who will guide you through a cardio experience unlikely any other.
The Market is a 200,000-square-foot live-work-play development. It will have historic brick façade detailing and floor-to-ceiling arched windows. The next phase of the project will include a stage for concerts, movies, and theatre, recreational areas and walkways, along with rooftop patios overlooking downtown Milton.
Crabapple Market will be ready to explore this spring, so keep your eyes peeled Milton! The businesses will gradually open as they are ready. Six Bridges Brewing will open sometime in the third quarter of 2021 with The Nest Cafe opening in the fourth.
The Market will be located at 12650 Crabapple Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
