As you step through the doors of the exhibit at Pullman Yards, it’s like you’re suddenly in Bethlehem with a baby Jesus, laying in a humble manger. “Discovering the World of Jesus” transports you back 2,000 years in the past to that historic night and beyond, featuring artifacts from Jesus’s day that altered the course of history as we know it.
Over 350 relics plunge us deeper into the time period. Each fragment of history grants us a closer look at the people who walked alongside Jesus — and Jesus Himself. Original bone boxes (ossuaries) from important figures of the New Testament, the earliest artistic rendition of the nativity story, the earliest model of the Tomb of Jesus… so many valuable artifacts have made Pullman Yards their home for the season.
If you’ve ever wanted to be a fly on the wall during Jesus’s day, this exhibit is for you. Doors to the experience are open to believers and curious attendees alike — the opportunity to discover the significance of Christmas.
