If you’re bored with the basic gym grind, we’ve got a super cool fitness and mindfulness class for you to try! You’ve probably heard of goat yoga before: you know, when adorable baby goats jump up on your back while you take a yoga class–but you’ve never seen ’em like this before!
From humble beginnings as a goat yoga pop-up in the ATL area, GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga has become Atlanta’s Premier Therapy Goats and Cows Experience!
What is GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga?
GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga is a 5-star wellness destination, and is proudly Black & minority-owned. Everyone is welcome to try out goat yoga at GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga! In fact, they make a point to say that all ages, genders, and backgrounds are embraced! Even children as young as 5 can join in on the fun at their goat yoga classes.
What can attendees expect at goat yoga?

Goat yoga is more than just fitness. It’s therapy. Of course, you can expect a great yoga class, but the most exciting part is definitely the goats! The adorable goats at GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga will participate in your yoga class with you: jumping up on your back or stomach (position depending, of course!), cuddle with you, and playfully interact for the duration of the class.
And, if an accident happens (you know the kind we’re talking about), one of GGA’s goat whisperers will be there to clean it up immediately.
Are the goats happy?

The question on everyone’s mind is definitely: do the goats like goat yoga? In short, absolutely yes. GGA Goat Yoga promises,
All our animals have been spoiled and loved since birth; they’ve never experienced trauma, making them perfect for human interaction.
In fact, the goats are the star of the show (sorry, if you were hoping it was your yoga poses!). GGA Goat Yoga says,
Unlike standard goats, our Dwarf Goats are smaller in size, making them perfect for jumping on backs during class, engaging with guests, and giving cuddles! They don’t just sit next to you during class—they are active participants, climbing, playing, and spreading joy!
Because the goats are so well-trained and highly socialized, they do not bite and genuinely enjoy human interaction and cuddles! So who’s having more fun… us or the goats? It’s hard to say!
Okay, okay I’ve GOTTA try this. How can I take a goat yoga class?
