Atlanta is known for our iconic Peach Drop… but this year, the City is offering a new twist on an old classic! The City of Atlanta is hosting a massive, city-wide Peach drone show & firework display.
In an effort to include all of Atlanta, Mayor Dickens says the new drone show will be visible to Midtown and Downtown viewers, but the fireworks display will have locations visible to all ATL neighborhoods!

This year, The Battery Atlanta is celebrating the end of 2025 with its iconic annual New Year’s Eve Bash presented by Xfinity… and it’s bigger and better than ever before! They’ve got two thrilling celebrations: a family-friendly countdown earlier on in the evening, and a traditional late-night celebration! Here’s how both events break down:
Early Innings (6 p.m. – 8 p.m.): Head to the Plaza for a fun early evening of entertainment and fun!
- Family-friendly fun with a performance by Uncle Jumbo at the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage.
- New Year’s Countdown at 8 p.m. with inflatable baseballs handed out throughout the night.
Late Innings (9 p.m. – Midnight):
- Live entertainment from 12 South Band at the Georgia Power Pavilion Stage.
- Midnight countdown with pyrotechnics, confetti, and aerial fireworks.
- And new this year, Celebrate with more room to dance, watch, and cheer to 2026 – Heritage Court and the Battery Ave intersection are open for guest with screens streaming the plaza action, take a picture with the 360° camera, live entertainment, and more!
Jackson Street Bridge

Want to watch the sky light up with beautiful fireworks, right over the most iconic view of Atlanta? See the skyline like never before from the Jackson Street Bridge. A massive tourist attraction, this bridge is the perfect place to watch drones and fireworks over the city.
It’s also a shooting location for The Walking Dead, making it a super famous and recognizable ATL location, so all of your photos of the sky will turn out truly iconic!
17th Street Bridge

If you’re just looking to enjoy all of the fireworks in the sky on New Year’s Eve, then a great spot to view the skylines of Midtown and Buckhead is the 17th street bridge. You can see all the fireworks in the sky from this vantage point, so you won’t miss out on anything!
Kid’s Early NYE Celebration at Stone Mountain Park

Stone Mountain hosts a kid-friendly New Year’s Eve countdown every year, concluding at 9pm! That way your kiddos can enjoy the festivities without getting off their bedtime schedules!
On Dec. 31, Stone Mountain Park will operate the Magical Christmas Drone & Light Show as usual, and at the strike of 9pm, will ring in the new year with drones with precisely timed pyrotechnic effects releasing fire, sparks, and motion from Santa’s sleigh!
