It seems like Buc-ee’s is all over the Georgia news these days. Just a couple weeks ago, the largest Buc-ee’s location in the state opened just in time for Fourth of July travel. And now we’ve got more news for Buc-ee’s enthusiasts: a fourth location is coming to the state, according to reports. Keep scrolling to find out what we know about this new Buc-ee’s location!
Where will the new Georgia Buc-ee’s be located?

According to a report by WSB-TV 2, the new Buc-ees will be located in Monroe County, GA.
This project did have to get special approval from the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to move forward with building this fourth location. WSB-TV 2 says that Buc-ee’s “had to get state approval to move forward, requiring what’s known as a stream buffer variance so they could build near a state body of water.”
Which body of water, you might be wondering?
State records indicate that the bodies of water in question are two unnamed dendritic tributaries to Deer Creek in the Upper Ocmulgee Watershed.
When will the new Georgia Buc-ee’s open?

The Monroe County location is expected to open up in March 2027, according to reports.
