Whether you’re looking to get some laps in or you just need a place to tan by the pool, these public pools are the best spots to check out. And the best part of all? They’re FREE entry!
Where are Atlanta’s Free pools?

Atlanta has 12 free-entrance outdoor public pools. Below are the 11 that are open this season in the city!

When do the public pools open?

All of the above pools on this list will begin their regular schedules on Saturday, May 30th, 2026.
These pools will be open for Memorial Day weekend, May 22nd – 25th:

- John A. White Park
- Southbend
- Maddox Park
All pools will be open from 12:30pm – 7pm on the days they are open to the public.
All pools will be closed on Friday, June 19th (Juneteenth) and Saturday, July 4th (Independence Day).
