Minnesotans are known for their strong sense of community, and volunteering, and the data shows that, as the state has a charitable giving rate of 57.16%, with almost six in ten giving to charity. Additionally, their kindness extends to their neighbours, with one of the highest talking with neighbours rates in the top ten (77.45%). Minnesota also had one of the highest formal volunteering rates in the data set at 40.30%.

However, New Mexico actually has one of the highest net friendliness sentiments (21), mainly due to having a 40% positive friendliness sentiment according to the Reddit data, making it the friendliest state in the bottom ten when it comes to online presence.
