Lawrenceville is one of the oldest cities in the metro Atlanta area, founded all the way back in 1821!
Since its founding, it’s gained the reputation of being one of the most haunted places in all of Georgia. You might not think so during the day, walking around the adorable downtown shops and restaurants, or stopping in the Lawrenceville Arts center to see a beautiful play, but ghosts lurk around every old corner!
To explore this ghostly history, the historic Aurora Theatre is hosting a spooky good time with the return of their beloved ghost tours! During these tours, guests can expect to learn all about the history of the city, and enjoy some spooks along the way!
There are three different tours for guests to enjoy, each with a different level of fright!
Lawrenceville, Georgia Ghost Tour
The Lawrenceville, Georgia Ghost Tour is the the most popular, offering a fun time for all ages on weekends now through Halloween. This tour explores both the tales based on local legends, handed down over the decades, and recent paranormal investigations, all told by an incredible cast of professional storytellers.
Brews & Boos: Lawrenceville Haunted Pub Crawl
A decidedly more wicked and wild take on the haunted history walk, Brews & Boos: Lawrenceville Haunted Pub Crawl will take you on a ghoulish journey through the city, with drinks included! For this 21+ tour, expect scarier ghost stories than the Georgia Ghost Tour, and bawdy songs performed at some of the finest establishments in Lawrenceville! This all-inclusive experience includes entertainment and drinks at stops along the Lawrenceville Square.
Haunted Cemetery Tour
Last, the Haunted Cemetery Tour gives thrill-seekers a more spooky ghost-hunting experience in one of the oldest and most haunted cemeteries in the Southeast. This tour isn’t for the faint of heart!
