What are Glow Nights at the Georgia Aquarium?
After its usual hours, the aquarium will light up with an experience inspired by the ocean’s bioluminescence, or the biochemical emission of light by living organisms such as fireflies and deep-sea fishes. Sounds cool? It is!
This new program will have guests of all ages on the edge of their seats to learn about the deep!
What can guests expect at the aquarium’s Glow Nights?
Glow Nights begin at 4pm, where early-access guests can enjoy:
- glow-themed photo ops
- specialty food and drinks
- glowing retail
- temporary tattoos
- surprise character appearances
And then, at 5pm, the live perfromances kick off an unforgettably glowing night! Throughout the evening, guests can expect to see jugglers, aerialists, sway pole artists, unicyclists, and more!
