Goldbergs Fine Foods is teaming up with Reach Out & Read Georgia for the second year in a row to bring early childhood literacy to the city through their book drive. As school starts back, it’s more crucial than ever to support the kids reading journeys and make sure they have good books to read, helping them learn and grow! How can I donate to Goldbergs Fine Foods’ summer book drive?
All you need to do is bring a children’s book to Goldbergs, and you’ll get a free bagel!
- Bring a new book appropriate for children ages 0–5
- Drop it off at any Metro Atlanta Area Goldbergs Fine Foods location (not the airport location)
- Receive a free bagel with cream cheese for your donation
- Offer valid August 9 through September 6, 2025

Why is this important?
Reading is a crucial skill for children, and the earlier they start with adults reading to them, the easier of a time they’ll have learning and building those critical thinking skills. And by donating children’s books to Goldbergs’ book drive, you’re ensuring that ALL kids will have access to good books to read!
