Gypsy Kitchen obviously draws inspiration from the culinary riches of Spain. However, it’s infused with Moroccan traditions along the same seas. Centuries of interplay between these food traditions and lands inspires their Iberian fusion plates.
Saying that, the Basque Country is the inspiration for their Sunday funday, Basque in the Sun. Pinxos are small snack, typically eaten in bars across Spain, but famously the Basque Country. They are flavorful bites nestled on top of a piece of bread. This combined with Gypsy Kitchen’s extensive tapas menu, and you’ve got a Sunday feast to remember.
Basque in the Sun is held every Sunday at Gypsy Kitchen in Buckhead. Festivities begin at 4 pm, but they open at noon.
