Halloween is around the corner. It’ll be here before you know it, so get in the mood at one of these haunted houses or scare mazes in and around Atlanta. From major scares to haunted corn mazes, you’re guaranteed a spooky time!

1. Fear The Woods

Where: Stockbridge

Unravel the twisted worlds hidden within a haunted forest, 4o minutes south of Atlanta. Fear The Woods is the ATL’s hottest Halloween extravaganza, with three terrifying attractions within the creepy woods.

 2. Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch

Where: Dawsonville

The Dark Rows is a wickedly fun nighttime journey at Uncle Shuck’s. With the maze lit only by the clear blue glow of the moon, it’ll be a spooktacular experience. In the dark corn field, your mind will most certainly play tricks on you.

3. Buford Corn Maze

Where: Buford


The haunted forest at Buford Corn Maze is not to be missed. The spooky forest comes to life at night on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, beginning Sept. 25 and running through Nov. 8. Creatures come alive at nighttime to torture the innocent visitors at this beloved haunted experience.

4. Mitcham Farm

Where: Oxford

Not necessarily a haunted house, but still an eerie experience. Make your way through their awesome corn maze, with nothing but a flash light. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Let’s hope the batteries don’t run out!

5. Copper Creek Farm

Where: Calhoun

There’s lots of Halloween fun at Copper Creek Farm! Their corn maze also turns into an unforgettableT scare maze. They even have fireworks every Friday and Saturday night in October.
