When is Helen’s Oktoberfest?
You can expect Oktoberfest fun all fall long! At the beginning of September Oktoberfest only runs weekends, but will pick up to a nightly schedule beginning at the end of the month.
- Sept 4 – 7, 2025 (Thursday – Sunday)
- Sept 11 – 14, 2025 (Thursday – Sunday)
- Sept 18 – 21, 2025 (Thursday – Sunday)
- Sept 25 – Nov 2, 2025 (nightly)
*This is a full weekend longer than usual!
When is the 2025 Oktoberfest Parade?
The Oktoberfest Parade will begin at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
The tapping of the first keg of Oktoberfest will take place immediately after the parade at the Fussen Biergarten at the Helen Festhalle.
What can Oktoberfest-revelers expect in Helen?
Festival-goers can expect delicious German cuisine (like Sauerkraut, LeberKase, wursts, Thuringer Brats, pretzels with beer cheese), festive German dancing and music, and of course, tons of delicious German beer!

Because this is an event involving a lot of alcohol, IDs will be checked at the entrance for all guests.
