The Interlock continues to show that it is a force to be reckoned with as they expand their culinary and entertainment options! 2023 looks like it’s going to be their biggest year yet with the opening of several eateries, bars, and more! This chef-driven American dishes restaurant, is set to open next month.
Humble Pie is going to be open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Weekday happy hour and a late night menu will both launch at a later time. Guests don’t have to worry about if the would will be to their liking…because Executive Chef Evelyn Ling will be heading the kitchen! Ling was recently a chef Juniper Cafe (just named a 2022 Best New Restaurant by bon appétit!).
This vegetable forward menu will contain locally sourced and seasonal ingredients from farms. Guests will enjoy shareable plates, creative wood-fired pizzas, a tight selection of entrees and artisanal pies and ice cream for dessert. The most notable dishes are the Oven Roasted Half Chicken, Potato Pie, and a Classic Burger. To top off a hearty meal Pastry Chef Carelys Vazquez’s has also included a delectable dessert menu. Desserts will include Spiced Apple Buckle Cake, Cranberry Clafoutis Pie, and Chocolate Mudslide Pie.
The interior of Humble Pie will incorporate industrial and steel details pulling from West Midtowns up and coming neighborhood. There will also be pops of color throughout the space to give it a homey and fun feel. If any guests are interested in having a private party Humble Pie also has upstairs mezzanine will allow for private dining for large groups of 50-60 people.
