Josh Brolin told the Atlanta Journal-Constituion in an exclusive statement,
We would not sell this property if my work didn’t take us west. We envy anybody who gets to take advantage of this little piece of everywhere that fed us so well while we were there.
It’s a well-known fact that Marvel, one of the largest film production companies to ever set up shop in Atlanta, has moved overseas. And fewer big-budget films are headed our way, sadly.
