Mmmmmm. You can’t tell me that ramen is not the ultimate dish for cooler nights and snuggle weather. You just can’t! With that being said, the latest restaurant to hit the scene will be fulfilling all your fall cravings this season. Jinbei West is opening this Friday September 23 in Peachtree Corners.
This new restaurant is the sister restaurant to Smyrna, Georgia’s Yakitori Jinbei. This was chef Choi’s first dive into the culinary world. He combined Korean cuisine with a Japanese twist. Some popular dishes included Korean fried chicken, sushi, ramen and more! For his next journey Jinbei has teamed up with G. Garvin, an acclaimed chef with 35 year culinary career. Gavin’s love for Japanese and Korean cuisine made him the perfect partner for Chois next venture.
The menu at Jinbei West will incorporate signature dishes fun Yakitori Jinbei, while introducing some newer dishes to its guests. Dishes will be made from scratch and guest can enjoy an array of creative sushi rolls. The new restaurant will tout 2,000 square feet of space! There will be an eight seta sushi bar as well as an intimate dining room that will comfortably seat 40 guests. And for those warm and breezy days/nights guests will be able to enjoy an expansive patio that will comfortably seat 20.
Check out this new spot while the weather is the perfect mix of summer and fall! Kick back enjoy the breeze and a cocktail or two.
