The City of Marietta will be celebrating the Fourth of July with this epic 4th in the Park bash! It’ll be an all day affair on Monday, July 4th. The event features an unmissable parade, free live-music concerts, an arts and crafts show, food, games, and will conclude with a wow-worthy fireworks display.
Kicking things off 10am will be the Let Freedom Ring Parade. The community-based parade includes 110 entries, 2,000 participants and an estimated 30,000 spectators. It begins at Roswell Street Baptist Church and travels west on Roswell Street, north on East Park Square past Glover Park and the Square, down Cherokee Street and ends at North Marietta Parkway.
The end of the parade marks the start of this fantastic festival. Food concessions, arts and crafts and carnival will provide plenty to do for the whole family! Before getting mesmerized by the night sky, which will be taken over by fabulous fireworks.
The evening concerts, on the stage in Glover Park, will begin at 7:00pm & float you into the fireworks show at 9:30pm. Artists performing at this special celebration includes the Atlanta Concert Band and an unbeatable Journey tribute band. For more information, click here.
