Wait… what even is a Michelin Star?

The Michelin Guide’s star rating system is based on five things:
- quality of ingredients
- harmony of flavors
- mastery of techniques
- personality of the chef expressed through their cuisine
- consistency across the menu and over time
As expected, it’s pretty hard to earn a Michelin star at all, and the maximum a restaurant can earn is three stars.
- One star means that the restaurant is a “very good restaurant in tis category.”
- Two stars indicates “excellent cooking, worth a detour.”
- Three-star review from Michelin means “Exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey.”
In other words, earning a Michelin Star is a huge honor, given only to the best of the best! & we’re so proud of our star-earning restaurants!
