If you’re a Halloween super fan anticipating all the tricks and treats that come along with the spooky season, you should definitely check out NETHERWORLD this season! As Atlanta’s most popular self-guided, dark attraction, Netherworld is one of the most highly acclaimed Haunted Houses in the entire United States. Famous for its over-the-top special effects, unique make-up, elaborate costuming, skilled stunt actors and unusual themes. This terrifying experience is not for the faint of heart!
And for those of you who just can’t wait for spooky season… we’ve got great news! Netherworld has announced their two new themes for this year’s terrifying haunt!
What are the two new themed haunted houses?
This year, guests of the Netherworld can expect some of the most hair-raising, terrifying spooks ever. This year’s themes are: Wake the Dead and Mr. Grendel’s Birthday Party of Horrors!
Wake the Dead
In Wake the Dead, a spectral army has been summoned by the ancient hymns and iron bells! As the horrifying army marches from beneath the mountain to steal a source of endless elemental energy and turn the entire world into a blighted necropolis, you and your crew of apocalyptic warriors must find a way to stop them… if you can! Live your last few moments in incomprehensible horror if you dare to Wake The Dead!
This horrifying haunt features:
The Corpse Army, The Shock Bridge, The Primordial Prisoners, The Death Machine, The Church of Horrors, Servants of the Witches, The Nest of Vampires, Bats in the Belfry, Demons in the Walls, The Deadly Claw, The Fortress of Nergal, The Cyclopean Death Knight, The Massive Mind Numbing Eater of The Dead, and more flesh-eating, blood-drinking, bone cracking undead action than you can possibly comprehend.
Mr. Grendel’s Birthday Party of Horrors
Mr. Grendel might look like a terrifying clown… but he’s actually so much worse. The horrible monster is actually an ancient flesh-eating ogre who has discovered that devouring Cryptids gives him unimaginable powers… and he’s on the hunt for more. As Mr. Grendel and his merry band of savage jesters rampage throughout the BOX, a secret facility of unimaginable horrors, on a Cryptid snacking spree, they land in the terrifying realm of the Boogeyman – the most powerful Cryptid of all. Watch in sheer horror as a battle rages on between the flesh-eating clown and the Lord of Nightmares to find out… who will have the very last laugh.
This horrifying haunt features:
The Ghastly Gateway, The Train of Terrors, The Puppet Show of Pain, The Mongolian Death Clown, The Jesters’ Feast, The Odditorium, The Laughing Room, What the Clown Saw, Mothman’s Misery, Enter the Hellmouth, The Fanatical Freakshow, Dark Ride Doom, The Hospital of Horrors, Chupacabra Chaos, and more terrifically twisted terror than the human mind could ever understand.
Those brave enough to enter will encounter super realistic special effects, technologically advanced animatronics, live actors, intricate sets, and so much more.
And Netherworld fans can also expect the haunting classics!
Netherworld will also be offering its classic House of Creeps, which is their beloved Monster Museum, and Escape The Netherworld, which includes five exciting escape rooms. The newest escape room featured this year is Alien Terror: Doom of the Dark Horizon.
