Pasta, Bread, and wine? It’s a love language truly. We have no problem mastering it either. Atlanta is getting a brand new Italian restaurant, La Panarda, to add to its list. This will be the second restaurant opened by James Beard Award-nominated chef Deborah VanTrec. The new restaurant will be located in the historic Cascade Heights neighborhood. This will be VanTrec’s third restaurant in Atlanta.
Chef VanTrece drew inspiration from living in Italy and guests will see the influence in the dishes they order. La Panarda’s seafood dishes are inspired by Chef VanTrece’s time spent in the coastal city of Pescara, as well as Tuscan influences from the central Italian city of Siena. Guests will enjoy each meal by starting with a complimentary Stuzzichini (Bruschetta of the Day) and an Aperol Spritz, a Venetian wine-based aperitif.
Enjoy all the delicious flavors of Italian cuisine that this restaurant has to offer all summer long. Guests will also enjoy small plates such as Oyster Arancini with Pink Peppercorn Remoulade; Marinated Seafood Salad with Cornbread Biscotti; Barbecue Duck and Mascarpone Cannelloni with Smoked Cherry Agrodulce; and Eggplant, Fried Green Tomato Parmesan with Lemon Ricotta, and Aged Balsamic Drizzle. And that’s just to start!
Follow up your small plate with one of the amazing pasta and main dishes. Check out this list of mouth-watering dishes to take a bite out of:
