’Tis the season for ghosts and ghouls. Celebrate Oktoberfest while also contributing to a good cause at this annual event in Alpharetta. There will be themed food and beverage offerings, festive contests, interactive games, and specialty swag.
There will be themed bites and games to enjoy throughout the evening. A traditional stein competition will also be held. A stein competition is a tradition competition in which drinkers hold out a full one-liter beer stein for as long as they can, or at least until the competition falters.
The boulevard will be transformed into a traditional beer hall featuring picnic table seating, a DJ spinning a mix of classic Polka music and top hits, and tailgate games, including cornhole, oversized jenga, and a pretzel toss. The guests will be invited on stage to see who can hold a 34ounce full beer stein the longest. The competition will take place at half past each hour. The winner of each competition will receive a special prize package consisting of goods from fab’rik, Dry Bar, South Moon Under, and AYA Medical Spa.
Restaurants in the area will also participate in the festivities. Guests will be able to enjoy themed bites and brews from Branch & Barrel, Oak Steakhouse with Gate City Brewing Co., and South City Kitchen with Tucker Brewing Company. This event will take place Saturday, October 1. All proceeds from this event will go to The Wills Park Equestrian Foundation. All attendees have to be 21+.
