What is the Peach State Star Gaze?

It might sound pretty self explanatory, but there’s actually a little more to the Peach State Star Gaze than means the eye. Yes, the festival revolves around stargazing, but there’s so much more to it!

Hosted at the exclusive Deerlick Astronomy Village, which is closed to the public at all other times of the year, the Peach State Star Gaze is a wonderful way to both enjoy the cosmos, and learn all about it!

You’ll get to hear from speakers and specialists during the day, if you choose to, enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding you, and of course, see the stars in the most breath-taking way possible.

Absolutely not! Deerlick Astronomy Village is remote, but the star party is equipped with:

  • RV hookups
  • electricity
  • real bathrooms
  • hot showers
