Curated by co-owner Katie Barringer, the bookstore expands upon the literary collection already beloved at Lucian with an extensive selection of food, wine, art, music, and cultural titles, alongside international magazines and beautifully designed gift-worthy volumes.
What’s on the menu at Sargent?
Led by Executive Chef Jason Paolini, the menu interprets classic American dining through a classy French lens.
Alongside thoughtful seasonal preparations, guests can expect:
- raw bar offerings
- prime rib
- a classic club sandwich
- familiar yet refined staples.
Co-owner Jordan Smelt oversees an expansive wine program featuring both benchmark producers and emerging discoveries, complemented by a spirits menu centered on polished classic cocktails.

- Tuesday – Thursday from 11:30AM to 9:00PM
- Friday & Saturday from 11:30AM to 10:00PM
- Sundays from 11:30AM to 5:00PM
- The restaurant plans to add Mondays to their open hours later this year.
