We’ve got big news from Downtown Atlanta’s amazing Nordic brewpub, SKOL! The iconic Minnesota Viking-inspired and Nordic-themed brewery that caused a huge stir in the ATL for one massive reason—it SNOWS inside the building every time the Minnesota Vikings score a touchdown—is expanding to the adjacent space, adding a whopping 30,000 square feet to the venue! Keep scrolling to learn all about what fun new activities SKOL will offer guests in their expanded space.
What fun new activities are coming to SKOL with their extension?

With entertainment already part of SKOL’s DNA through their partnership with American Axes, guests can expect Valhalla Gaming Lounge to elevate the fun eatertainment options with a mix of 40+ gaming options! Here are just SOME of the enticing examples of what you’ll be able to expect in their new expansion:
- soccer experiences/simulators
- bocce courts
- billiard tables
- darts
- old-school arcade games
And so. much. more. There has even been talk of a live-music stage and a climbing wall… and we couldn’t be more excited!
What’s on the menu at SKOL?

The brewery celebrates Minnesota’s rich traditions, with a menu that taps into partner Drew Tull’s Minnesotan roots while paying homage to the South in a unique way.
Signature dishes include:
- Ellsworth Creamery cheese curds
- smoked brisket poutine
- intentionally misspelled “Jucy Lucy” burger
- twenty of its own beers, each with colorful names and full-bodied taste, like Northern Lights Lager, Big Daddy Rotating Pilsner, Space Wrangler Hazy IPA, and SKOL Nation Cold IPA
And, it’s coming just in time for the FIFA World Cup!

The FIFA World Cup is coming to Atlanta this summer, so Downtown will be a hopping tourist attraction all season long.
Drew Tull and Gray Lane, Co-Creators of SKOL Brewing Company, said in a statement,
We are excited to be a part of a growing resurgence of interest and activity in Downtown. SKOL and Valhalla Gaming Lounge are designed to not only showcase Atlanta to out-of-town guests and conventioneers, but to create a destination for everyone.
