What is Slick City?
Slick City is a definite “we’ve gotta do that” attraction, founded in 2021 by Bron Launsby and Gary Schmit.
As the world’s first indoor slide park, Slick City offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience designed for everyone: from kids to adults!
On top of their regular opening hours, full of slides and other thrilling rides/activities, Slick City offer different events for different age-groups, including:
- After Hours – neon glowing lights with light-up slides and music, “a club-like vibe made just for kids and teens.”
- Little Sliders Club – for kids 7 and under
- Sensory Hours – a calm, quiet time for guests with sensory sensitivity
- Adults Only Night for grown-up fun (18+)
- Family day

What will Slick City South Cobb offer guests?
Slick City South Cobb will have tons of unique offerings for the ATL community, as well as Slick City fan favorites. In Atlanta, guests can expect:
- slide attractions such as:
- Fast Lane, Twin Turbo, Hyperloop, Mega Launch and Riptide
- Sport Air Court
- Freestyle Air Court
- Swing and Trapeze
- a full arcade
- for young visitors:
- Junior Jungle
- Web Crawler
- a custom-designed toddler slide
Slick City South Cobb will also be the brand’s first location to debut the corkscrew-style slide, delivering a twisting, high-speed experience unlike anything currently available in the region.
Mehtab Wasi, co-owner of Slick City South Cobb, said in a statement,
For us, this was about bringing something completely new and exciting to the community. We saw an opportunity to create an experience where families can make memories together while enjoying attractions they simply can’t find anywhere else in Georgia. That’s incredibly rewarding.
Where will this new Slick City be located?
The new Slick City park will be located at: 2840 East-West Connector #200, Austell, GA 30106
Its opening date has yet to be announced, but it is scheduled for sometime in early summer of 2026 (so SOON)!
