The weather just keeps weathering here in the A. And the hotspots to enjoy these warm temps just keep popping up. We aren’t mad at it either. A new must-visit location is Southern Belle. This adorable and quaint restaurant is nestled perfectly in the Poncey Highlands area of Atlanta. Right next door to the famous Urban Outfitters on Ponce you’ll see a cute unassuming door that leads to Southern Belle.
Southern Belle offers guests a true feeling of southern hospitality. The service is reminiscent of just visiting friends and enjoying one another company. They have mastered the art of giving customers the feeling of comfort and class. Another great feature at SB is that it’s connected through a secret passageway to Chef Joey’s second restaurant, Georgia Boy, a multi-course chef’s table experience.
The menu presentation is unique and fun! They have each section separated like a chapter in a book. The first chapter consists of a selection of curated cocktails followed by wines and mocktails. Chapter 2 lets customers choose small bites before enjoying larger meals found in chapter 4.
They offer vegan and vegetarian-friendly dishes in addition to their meat-forward items. Some menu highlights include Grilled Veal Sweetbreads “Beef & Broccoli.”, and Smoked Mushroom “Chorizo” Cachapa. Whether you filled up on their small bites or bigger platters, there’s allllwayyyss room for dessert. Found in the final chapter (Chapter 5), indulge your sweet tooth with Buttermilk Panna Cotta or the Chef’s selection of Southern cheeses.
Southern Belle is an absolute staple spot for vibes and good times this spring. Check out their menu and tell us what you think!
