This ATL gem on the outskirts of Atlantic Station serves up a tempting selection of vibrant Pintxos, inspired by the Northern region of Spain Pais Vasco or the Basque Country. Regardless of its connection to Spain, its culture and cuisine precedents the European culinary powerhouse as a whole, with Pintxos being Pais Vasco’s version of tapas. With a gorgeous patio outside and an impressive bull centerpiece at the bar, transport yourself to the heartland of Spain at Gypsy Kitchen. Known for their shareable plates and Spanish dishes, the menu at this Buckhead gem also takes inspiration from Spain’s neighboring country across the Mediterranean Sea, Morocco. Both locations are a gorgeous visual representation of traditional bars across Spain, with a deliciously tempting menu and top-notch cocktails to match.
4. Buena Vida Tapas & Sol

Inspired by the owners’ trips to southern Spain, this beautiful eatery on the BeltLine is a must for tapas-lovers. Boasting an incredible patio, it’s the perfect place to let the Georgia sunshine transport you to the Spanish coast, especially if you order one of their specialist cocktails. 5. Barcelona Wine Bar

If you’re searching for your next favorite wine bar in the ATL, then look no further than Barcelona Wine Bar. Spain prides itself for being one of the best countries in the world for wine connoisseurs. From their iconic Rioja red to the bubbly Cava, Albariño from the charming Galicia region up north, and beyond! Another addition on this tasty list devoted to the Basque Country and their delicious pintxos, Sebastian Pintxos Bar opened up last year in 2022 and has already made a lasting impression on A-Town’s culinary scene!
8. Bulla Gastrobar

This adored Southern chain has made its way to the ATL, boasting some incredible dishes inspired by Spain. We recommend checking out Bulla for brunch, serving up those staple weekend dishes with a Spanish twist. A premium example is the ‘Bulla Benedict’, that hollandaise safe-haven with some chorizo and asparagus to compliment. You also don’t want to miss their tapas offerings!

There’s nothing better than heading to this Sandy Springs eatery on a sunny day, enjoying Spanish and other European-inspired dishes on their patio with a couple of drinks. We’re forever obsessed with their ‘Pulpo a la Plancha’, for your consideration if you’re a fan of octopus!

Where: Virginia Highlands
There’s not only Spanish dishes on the menu at Bar.bacoa, but scrumptious selections from Latin America. The warm vibes are a great welcome to this hotspot beloved for a night of tapas and a few cocktails.
