Ponce City Market Food Hall is adding another delicious morsel to their dining options. PCM already has a ton of tempting morsels spread throughout their food area for enjoyment. The latest addition opening today is Sugar Shane’s.
Gourmet cookies have officially been added to the mix. Sugar Shane’s will be located in the Central Food Hall adjacent to French Broad Chocolates. Over the years, Sugar Shane’s has become a popular place to go and satisfy your sweet tooth. S.S. specializes in creating exceptional, handcrafted cookies and cookie cakes in a variety of ever-changing flavors, from classic favorites like chocolate chip and cookies-and-cream to unique options like carrot cake and banana pudding.
This popular sweet spot immerged during the pandemic by Founder Shane Quillin. With extra time on his hands, Quillin started experimenting with cookie flavors at home. His passion grew so he started selling online in the summer of 2020. Sugar Shane’s had continued to grow and really made a name for itself when they won the regional DESSERT WARS competition.
These gourmet cookies were in hot demand, so Quillin opened his first brick-and-mortar in Midtown by 2021. Last year (2022), Sugar Shane’s opened their Sandy Springs location. Now this year Sugar Shane’s staff of 30 amazing bakers and managers are preparing to open a third location in Ponce City Market.
Quinlin says, ““We are thrilled to launch our third location in historic Ponce City Market.” well they definety have arruved right on time. St. Patricks Day is right around the corner so in true festive fashion they will be selling two cookie flavors. Patty’s Bday funfetti-based cookie with white chocolate chip and festive sprinkles, stuffed with green vanilla buttercream frosting, and a Shamrock Cheesecake green vanilla-based cookie packed with dark chocolate chips, stuffed with a cheesecake bite, and topped with a chocolate drizzle.
