Connect With Nature As Botanical Gardens Hosts These Immersive Thai Chi Classes

Practice Thai Chi and connect with nature at Atlanta Botanical Garden.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden is one of Atlanta’s most beloved attractions. Boasting an incredible spring line-up, there is so much to see and do and it’s guaranteed fun for the whole family.

The Garden’s popular Tai Chi class is an immersive experience that leaves you feeling balanced and refreshed. You’re able to practice the ancient Chinese exercise form that’s designed to increase flexibility in the stunning natural surroundings on offer at the gardens.

The creative classes invite Georgians to get involved in nature, and reap the benefits from Thai Chi. These include reduced stress, balance, and self-awareness.
