What is the Blind Flamingo?
The Blind Flamingo is a fun, Palm Beach-themed pop-up bar at the Blind Pig Parlor in Buckhead! You’ll feel like you’ve set out for a tropical vacation, with over the top decoration, mouthwatering boozy (and non-alcoholic) tropical drinks, and delicious small plates!
The adorable decor at the Blind Flamingo is based off of the Apple TV series “Palm Royale!”
- slow-roasted pork belly with sweet-and-spicy glaze and pickled red onions
- lobster ceviche with citrus-cured lobster, tomatoes, red onions, and cilantro
- heirloom tomato caprese with Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails Garden tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil pesto, and balsamic drizzle
- strawberry shortcake and key lime dip served with graham crackers, animal crackers, and pineapple
- the show’s signature grasshopper (hold the insulin)
- pink señoritas
- Palm Beach punch
- coconut rum mojito
So put on your chicest resort wear, and head to the Blind Flamingo for a beach bash like no other!
