What is ThriftCon?
ThriftCon is the #1 vintage clothing and collectible convention in the entire U.S. Drawing crowds of thousands, ThriftCon is a celebration of vintage clothing and collectibles plucked straight out the ’70s through to the 2000s. Basically, no matter what you’re looking for, you can find it at ThriftCon.
Mars Conte, David Bywater and Ken Meade founded ThriftCon in 2019 in a small neighborhood market in a vacant Denver parking lot… and now it’s a massive country-wide phenomenon.
It’s also no secret the fashion industry is one of the largest contributors to global environmental concerns. A pro-sustainability ethos, along with the comforting allure of childhood nostalgia, makes an event like ThriftCon one of the most popular places to visit in younger generations’ feeds. But the draw doesn’t stop there, collectors and enthusiasts of all ages are able to spend hours with different vendors and sponsors for a special experience.
What can attendees expect at ThriftCon Atlanta 2026?
2026 ThriftCon Atlanta will host over 130 vendors from all over the U.S., with goods range from high end collectibles to absurdly discounted steals.
Conte, one of the ThriftCon co-founders, says,
At ThriftCon you can truly find something for everyone… Yes, there are A LOT of t-shirts. A LOT of vintage streetwear. But there’s also Boho, Americana, true vintage, hats, sneakers, dresses, outerwear, homegoods, accessories, upcycled items, art, vinyl … pretty much everything.
