What’s the difference between a tornado watch and a tornado warning?
A tornado WATCH means the weather conditions are right for a tornado to occur. It does NOT mean a tornado has been seen or detected.
A tornado WARNING means a tornado has been seen or detected.
Metro Atlanta and much of Georgia is under a tornado watch currently, and until 1pm today, May 9th, 2024. We will update you as soon as we know what’s happening.
