In December of 2025, Walmart teamed up with Wing, a drone delivery service, to bring drone delivery to the Metro ATL area. Since then, the number of delivery Nests, or drone hubs, has officially doubled. Keep scrolling to learn more.
What is a Wing and Walmart delivery drone?
Wing delivery drones are an ultra-fast way to have your groceries delivered to your house, without having to go anywhere.
In other words, Metro ATL residents are now able to bypass notorious Atlanta traffic to get essential Walmart items, from forgotten dinner ingredients to art supplies, delivered by drone in as fast as 30 minutes.
Since launching in December 2025, Wing and Walmart are already delivering thousands of packages to homes per week across the region.
Where are the drone delivery nests?
In addition to Wing and Walmart’s original six locations, they have opened these six other delivery hubs:
