Bloody Mary or mimosa, Ponce City Market’s Atrium has got you covered
Atrium, the brand new restaurant from Oliva Restaurant Group at Ponce City Market, is now offering weekend brunch. From Founder Tal Baum, Executive Culinary Director Brandon Hughes and Director of Operations Josh Riddle, the full-service restaurant and bar showcases Oliva’s signature blend of fresh, local ingredients and carefully curated interiors. The group is also behind Atlanta favorites Aziza, Falafel Nation, and beyond!
We think this eatery is so stunning, that it recently made our round-up of beautiful restaurants in and around Atlanta. So now, you’ll be able to enjoy brunch on the weekends at this unmissable part of Ponce City Market.
Available from 11am-3pm on Saturday and Sunday, their brunch menu features a tight selection of entrees, including Smoked Salmon Tartine with puff pastry, everything sprinkle, herbed cream cheese, pickled shallot, caper & dill, Challah French Toast with poached strawberries, whipped mascarpone & vanilla maple syrup, and The BeltLine Sandwich, featuring brown sugar bacon, hashbrown, pickled green tomato, red onion, fried egg & greens.
To drink, Beverage Director Demario Wallace offers brunch guests mimosa bottle service, caffeine-infused cocktails like an oat milk Espresso Martini and Early Call Time with gin, grapefruit green tea syrup & soda, and a housemade Bloody Mary with vodka or tequila, tomato, garlic, hot sauce, horseradish, celery salt, tumeric & fresh seasonal veggies. Docent Coffee french press, loose leaf green tea and fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice are also served.
Tal Baum founded Oliva Restaurant Group in 2015 with the opening of Bellina Alimentari at Ponce City Market. All of Oliva’s concepts offer guests a one-of-a-kind experience with distinct elements inspired by Baum’s sense of style, creativity and attention to detail. Born and raised in Haifa, Israel, Baum moved to Florence, Italy at the age of 21 to study architecture at Florence University. She remained in Italy for seven years, where she mastered the language and developed an intimate knowledge of Italian cuisine.
