2. Xocolatl Small Batch Chocolate
Where: Inman Park near Krog Street Tunnel
If you’re looking for the ultimate decadent treat, then you must check out Xocolatl! Their liquid chocolate is the perfect indulgent pick-me-up, but there’s so much more on offer! Including cold drinks and chocolate by the bar.
3. Hodgepodge Coffee
Where: Reynoldstown, Decatur, and Ormewood
Although beloved because of their delicious Pumpkin Spice Lattes, don’t sleep on Hodgepodge’s Hot Chocolate! Always served with an indulgent serving of whipped cream, treat yourself at this ATL coffeehouse gem!
4. ChocoLate Coffee
Where: Shallowford & Decatur
With two locations across the Metro area, ChocoLate Coffee is a force to be reckoned with. Their Hazelnut Hot Chocolate is to die for, but we suggest trying their White Chocolate Mocha if you need your caffeine fix, and fancy something sweet!
5. Cafe Intermezzo
Where: Midtown
There’s an impressive selection of drinks available at Intermezzo, and there’s three Georgian locations. If you’re ever in Midtown ATL, Dunwoody, or Alpharetta, make sure to check this coffeehouse out. We’re obsessed with their White Hot Chocolate, but the regular is just as good.
6. Cacao
Where: Buckhead
Many Atlantans believe Cacao is home to the best hot chocolate in A-Town. This Buckhead gem is the perfect place to get cozy with a good book this winter, but don’t you dare leave without trying a hot chocolate.
7. Three Peaches Gelato & Coffee
Where: Georgia State
Ice cream and hot chocolate? Need we say more? Three Peaches is a great option if you’re looking for seasonal drinks and some gelato to compliment your hot choc! There’s even awesome cold drinks for those warmer days in Georgia!
8. Chattahoochee Coffee Company

Although renowned across the ATL for their coffee, you should never sleep on the hot chocolate on offer at Chattahoochee Coffee Company. Another spot offering galeto as well as a stellar hot chocolate. Not to mention other sweet treats that are on offer at VOGA. Get your hot chocolate to go and take a stroll through Inman Park if you’re up for it.

Where: Howell Station/Georgia Tech
We love the cozy vibes at this black-owned coffeehouse so much that it ended up on our round-up of the cutest coffee shops in Atlanta. People may check out this spot for the coffee, but many return for their beloved selection of mochas.
