Calling all Atlanta book-lovers! You’ve gotta check out this incredible Children’s Book Festival, happening right here in the ATL! This year, for the first time ever, beloved children’s book store: Little Shop of Stories, in partnership with the Decatur Arts Alliance is hosting a celebration of all things books and reading! And even better, this event is free and fun for the whole family!
What is the Decatur Children’s Book Festival?
The Children’s Book Festival is a celebration of reading and children’s literature. With feature 25 exhibitors on display, kids will have a blast seeing their favorite stories come to life!

And possibly the coolest part? The Keynote speaker is adored author Kate DiCamillo, the author of more than 25 novels, including the truly iconic Because of Winn-Dixie! Dicamillo will sign and personalize (name only) copies of her new book, Ferris and Orris and Timble, that are bought at the event (or pre-ordered)!
